Agreement: The City of Mabank and Tri-County Library reserves the right to reject any vendor at any time for any reason without notice, and shall not be liable for failure caused by any accident, weather or other Act of God. In any case, the City of Mabank and Tri-County Library assume no liability for lost or stolen merchandise.

Vendor Responsibility: Vendor shall be solely and completely responsible for its own tables, chairs, tent, the set-up and removal of its exhibit and operation, and shall hold the City of Mabank and Tri-County Library harmless from all liability, which may result either directly or indirectly from said activities.
