Bridge is an easy game to learn on a rudimentary level but a hard game to master. It was started centuries ago.

Before the digital age, people got together to play and taught their children how to play. Bridge is a partner game and can be a team game. There are several sites online that specialize in the play of Bridge.

Many teens or pre-teen children are learning and excelling at the game. Bridge has proven to help concentration, counting and memory. It can be very competitive if you choose to go that way or just a fun mental work out. Which makes it a good exercise for those of us suffering from the debilitating disease called OLD AGE.

Some Colleges are now teaching Bridge in their Business Management classes, as like golf, and chess, this game is played around the world and have competitive clubs in most major cities.

In this country, competitive Bridge is called American Contract Bridge League (ACBL) for short.  You will learn party bridge but also be prepared to play contract bridge should you want to play. We plan to share the basics, help with suggestions on proper play.

We plan to teach from the EasyBridge! book. Barbara Bradford will be your instructor. She has way too many years' experience for me to divulge without getting in trouble.

We plan to meet on Monday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 pm starting September 12, 2022. After you register, you will be contacted by Barbara. Let her know if you have a Partner and their name.  If you don’t have a partner, we will find you one. Please register as soon as possible so we can adjust to the demand. We might start sooner if the demand is great. In the mean time, utilize this link to learn the basics.   https://www.acbl.org/learn/

A one-time Registration is requested to show interest. We will be contacting you with further information.
All personal information will be strictly protected and never be shared without your explicit permission.
